Founded in 2000, ASH is the brainchild of French-born Patrick Ithier and Italian entrepreneur Leonello Calvani. With footwear at its core, ASH produces original and unique designs targeted at fashion-fearless men and women. Passion, impeccable craftsmanship and forward-thinking creations drives this brand. ASH made famous the now iconic sport wedges, taking sports-luxe to new heights and establishing itself as a go-to high-end footwear brand.

Since its launch, ASH has expanded its portfolio to include men and kids footwear, outerwear, handbags and accessories. In spring/summer 2015, ASH debuted its first ready-to-wear collection.

The ASH girl is adventurous, spontaneous and free-spirited. She lives her life to the fullest; is not restricted by conventions; takes chances and travels often.
French-born Patrick Ithier is the brainchild behind the iconic ASH footwear brand. Combining his background in sports fashion with a keen eye for unique, feminine designs and impeccable craftsmanship, Ithier rose to international acclaim thanks to his world-famous trademark wedge sneakers. Since then he has established ASH as the go-to shoe brand for exceptional and original yet comfortable creations.

Ithier has always had an interest in footwear and worked part-time at shoe manufacturers and his father's shoe store. It wasn’t until his time at Charles Jourdan that he realised his true calling in life was designing shoes.

After meeting Italian entrepreneur Leonello Calvani, they both recognised a gap in the market for premium footwear products. Targeted at fashion-fearless men and women in search of tasteful yet practical products, they created the ASH brand. In 2000 their first designed was produced.

Following the incredible popularity of their women’s footwear, ASH soon expanded their offering to men and children, and later ventured into handbags and accessories.

In 2015 Ithier entered new territory by launching his first ready-to-wear collection, ASH Studio Paris, with internationally renowned designer Kevork Kiledjian at the helm. A harmony of opposites inspired by urban environments, the new collection is a seamless mix of the brand’s edgy glamour and chic elegance complemented by a sense of playful mystique.

Today ASH has over 600 points-of-sale and over 200 brand stores.
